Brands pay the premium, donors pay for the verification, verifiers go and look. Each of the three forms below is a demonstration: it validates, explains what a real site would do, and sends nothing.
Pledge a premium per pound
Tell us what you buy and from where. The partnerships lead checks that the volume comes from a partner farm (or one that could join), and the brand is listed as Pledged, then Verified, then Paying. No logo is shown; the status is the whole claim.

Partner brands
6 partner brands · 3 paying · 1 verified · 2 pledged. Wordmarks are typeset, never logos.
One worker-month of gap
A gift pays for the visits and the ledger — the verification that makes the floor mean something. It is never paid to a farm as a wage; the premium does that. The unit is one worker for one month on the average farm still below benchmark, computed from the ledger.
$12 closes the gap for one worker for one month, on the average farm still below benchmark ($0.55 a day short, 22 working days). Monthly gifts let the floor rise on schedule.
$36 covers three worker-months of gap.
Give $36 once →Demonstration: the button opens an email; no card is taken. On a real site this is the organization’s own giving page. Gifts fund verification and the floor; they are never paid to farms as wages.

How a verifier stays independent
Five steps, published: a call · two references · a written conflict-of-interest declaration (no pay from, family in, or purchases from any partner farm or brand) · a paid training visit beside a current verifier · interview notes by number, never by name. This is the sample organization’s practice, written for the demonstration; a real organization’s rules come from its own policy and its auditors.
Apply to verify
Six contracted verifiers in East and West Africa, paid per visit, none tied to a farm or a brand. If you read pay records for a living, speak the languages of a growing region, and can travel twice a year, this is the form.
