What a visit is
A verifier arrives unannounced within an agreed month, reads the pay sheets for the period since the last visit against the signed floor, and interviews workers chosen from the sheets, not by the farm. A visit ends with pass, shortfall or pending, a paid rate found, and one line, all on this ledger the same week.
